NCCP Pathway Design
All sports in Canada are directed by the Coaching Association of Canada's (CAC), National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). An integral part of this is the player and coach pathways. Pathway designs are meant to be easy to follow to enable new parents looking to sign their children up for youth sport can make the most informed decision. A clear, simple, understandable pathway is easier said than done. Making sure that these pathways are integrated across different portfolios such as athlete, coach and official can be challenging to say the least.
